Ingredients:
- 150g rolled oats
- 100g mixed nuts
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 big sweet apple
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 165°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the apple and chop into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture out on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even baking. The granola should be crispy and fragrant when done.
- Remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 to 2 weeks.
