Ingredients:

  • 120g sugar-free dark (vegan) chocolate
  • 100g melted coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 90g oat flour
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt

Top layer (optional):

  • 100g sugar-free dark (vegan) chocolate
  • 50ml plant milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the chocolate, coconut oil, and honey on a very low temperature.
  3. Take a bowl, mix melted chocolate with eggs.
  4. Add flour and salt, mix well.
  5. Take a square cake pan and spread out with baking paper, pour the mixture.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 120g rise flour
  • 100ml plant milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 150g vegan sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 80g coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3-4 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 50g vegan dark chocolate or chips for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Take a pan and in a low temperature melt together chocolate, coconut oil, and honey.
  3. Take a bowl, pour the mixture, add milk and mix well.
  4. Slowly add all other ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa, and soda).
  5. Take a square cake pan and spread it with parchment paper.
  6. Spread out the mixture, overflow with chocolate pieces or chips.
  7. Bake at 170°C for 30min.
