Banana Pancakes with strawberries and banana

TIME: 15 min | SERVINGS: 6 pancakes (for 1 or 2 portions max)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripped banana (large/average)
  • 50g rise flour
  • 1 egg
  • 25ml plant milk

Instructions:

  1. Blend banana with egg and milk.
  2. Add rice flour.
  3. Heat the pan (medium heat) without oil.
  4. Spread the dough using a tablespoon or larger spoon to the pan.
