Chocolate Mousse is healthy because it’s white refined sugar-free, but sweetened with natural sweetener – honey. You can also replace it with another of your favorite healthy sweeteners. Healthy Chocolate Mousse is vegan, lactose-free, flour-free, oil-free, and without nuts and banana.

Tips for making Healthy Chocolate Mousse:

  • choose a very ripe avocado, then you can make the mouse especially creamy
  • try to use qualitative cocoa with reduced fat
  • honey needs to be runny, if it’s not, then melt it

You can choose many different toppings. You can decorate it with fresh or frozen berries or fruits, chopped chocolate, or if you want to make it even sweeter, you can add ice cream or sweetened whipped coconut cream.

  • 2 tbsp cocoa

  1. Take a blender or food processor. Blend all ingredients until you get a creamy and smooth mixture. You can add cocoa or honey as much as you want.
  2. Decorate it with fruits, berries, chopped chocolate, etc.

  • 150g plant milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp cocoa
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

Strawberry layer:

  • 70g strawberies
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut 
  • 1 tsp honey


  1. Blend milk with cocoa and honey.
  2. Take a glass, add the mixture and chia seeds, mix well.
  3. Put the chocolate chia pudding in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Blend strawberries with shredded coconut and honey.
  5. Spread it over the pudding, decorate with berries or more shredded coconut.

  • 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
  • 200g plant-based Greek-style yogurt

Your Summer Dessert – Vegan, Sugar-Free and Fresh – Strawberry Mousse

Strawberry Mousse

TIME: 10 min | SERVINGS: 1 portion


  • 200g strawberries
  • 1 – 2 tsp honey or other sweeteners of your choice (optional – you can cook it without sweetener as well)
  • 60g coconut cream/milk usually in a can (thick part)


  1. In a blender or food processor blend strawberries with sweetener until you get a puree.
  2. Take a large bowl, add the coconut cream and mix it with a hand mixer to get more creamy version of it.
  3. Combine slowly with spoon both mixtures together and your Strawberry Mousse is ready. For the harder and the best consistency, you can put it for at least an hour in the fridge.
  4. Decorate it with fresh berries, chopped chocolate, etc.
