Perfect healthy pancakes for the weekend brunch. Chia Banana Pancakes are super easy to make with only 5 ingredients. This is one of my favorite pancake recipe because because it includes chia seeds. I’m an absolute fan of this great superfood. These pancakes are sugar-free, vegan, made only with natural whole ingredients, and much healthier than classic ones.

TIME: 10 minutes preparation and 15 minutes baking | SERVINGS: 12
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 270 ml almond milk
- 120g oat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
- Mash the banana with a fork and combine it with milk.
- Separately mix the flour with baking powder and chia seeds.
- Mix all together until you get a smooth mixture.
- Heat the pan to medium-high temperature.
- Bake the pancakes without oil if you have a new / non-sticking pan or use a little coconut oil.
- Garnish with banana slices, yogurt, peanut butter, berries, and chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
