TIME: 5 min preparation, 15 min baking | SERVINGS: 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 120 ml oat or other plant-based milk
  • 75 g oat flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. You can add chocolate chips into the batter for a double dose of chocolate.
  2. Heat the pan to medium-high temperature.
  3. Bake the pancakes without oil if you have a new / non-sticking pan or use a little coconut oil.
  4. Garnish with banana slices, chocolate chips, yogurt, peanut butter, berries, and chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
