TIME: 5 min preparation, 15 min baking | SERVINGS: 8
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 120 ml oat or other plant-based milk
- 75 g oat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. You can add chocolate chips into the batter for a double dose of chocolate.
- Heat the pan to medium-high temperature.
- Bake the pancakes without oil if you have a new / non-sticking pan or use a little coconut oil.
- Garnish with banana slices, chocolate chips, yogurt, peanut butter, berries, and chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
