What are the key ingredients?

  • Shredded coconut – This is the main ingredient. Use your favorite shredded or desiccated coconut.
  • Greek or plain yogurt – You can use any other yogurt, also plant-based – almond or coconut.
  • Agave syrup – You can use any other natural and helathy liquid sweetener such as honey or maple syrup.

TIME: 10 min | SERVINGS: 10

  • 150g shredded coconut
  • 75ml greek/plain lactose-free yogurt
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • 10 almonds


  1. Take a bowl and slowly mix all ingredients together until you get a sticky mixture.
  2. Make a ball with your palms, press in an almond in the middle and set it aside until all mixture is out.
  3. Roll into the balls in more shredded coconut.
  4. Place in the fridge to get firm. Enjoy. πŸ™‚

Healthy Snickers Energy Balls

Healthy Dessert or Snack – Snickers Energy Balls – Sugar-free & Vegan

TIME: 12 min |SERVINGS: 6 – 7


  • 50g dates (soft & juicy or soaked before 10 minutes in a hot water)
  • 50g oats
  • 2 tbsp plant milk
  • 1 big tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • Pinch of salt
  • 30g sugar-free dark chocolate (vegan – optional)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Blend all these ingredients together – dates, oats, plant milk, salt and peanut butter until you get a sticky mixture.
  2. Take a small amount of the mixture and form balls by hands.
  3. Chop the peanuts.
  4. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil at a very low temperature.
  5. Roll balls into the chocolate and spread over chopped peanuts.
  6. Enjoy them right away or put it in the fridge to set.
